About
The Osney Benefice is made up of two parishes: St. Frideswide with Binsey and North Hinksey with Botley. Each parish has two churches. Each parish has its own parochial church council, whose members work with the Rector to order our life together. The PCC’s role is governed by law (the Parochial Church Councils (Powers) Measure 1956). A PCC is a charitable trust and PCC members are charitable trustees, and so charity law applies to their corporate responsibilities, financial management and decision making.
Each church has its own section of the website where you can find more information about services, weddings, baptisms and funerals. Just click on the picture on the front page to find out about individual churches.
